The Office of the Technology-Based Entrepreneur madri+d (OEBT) is the instrument of the Regional Scientific Research and Technological Innovation Plan of the Community of Madrid designed to germinate technology-based business ideas and convert them into new, solid technological companies. |
Objective |
The OEBT encompasses a wide range of activities in all phases, placing special emphasis on financial guidance and on providing information, specialised services and technical-administrative capabilities to knowledge generators. |

Capacities and beneficiaries |
The OEBT provides services to entrepreneurs willing to start or which have recently started a new company based on the use of innovative technologies. The OEBT is a space for cooperation between institutions of the madri+d System, sharing tools, services and objectives related to the creation of new technology-based firms. |
