Network Operation Center
REDIMadrid’s NOC, based in CTI-CSIC (Centro Técnico Informático - Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas), is in charge of monitoring, operating, processing of inquiries, alerts and fault management. The NOC has a highly qualified a staff that offers technical advice to all the research groups in the Community of Madrid, in order to achieve the best possible network performance.

e-mail lists
As a mechanism for the coordination of persons in charge of the different network services, mail lists have been created to open a fast and safe communication channel to deploy and manage each service.
NETWORK_OPERATION: subscribers to this list are people related to network operation at the institutions connected to REDIMadrid. It is used to report troubles, give alerts or any other type of news of general interest.
COORDINATORS: network coordination contacts from each institution.
24x7 Support
REDIMadrid has a dedicated support service available to solve all sort of events 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Management applications are programmed to trigger alarms and generate periodic state reports in order to detect and quickly handle any network anomaly.
