The “Technology-Based Entrepreneur Office” is the instrument of the Regional Scientific Research and Technological Innovation Plan of Comunidad de Madrid designed to germinate technology-based business ideas and convert them into new, solid technological companies. The services offered by the Office are grounded in an analysis of the regional support services supply. Its mission is to round out this regional supply in those services that require special attention or tailoring to technology-based initiatives. The types of new technology-based enterprise creation support activities are training, mentorship, basic/logistical services, networks, and technical, marketing, human resources, legal/intellectual property and financial services to entrepreneurs.
