Teacher Evaluation

The objective of this program is the prior evaluation of teaching and research activity for the recruitment of teachers by universities, in compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law of Universities.

The contractual figures for which this evaluation is carried out are:

  • Hired Doctor Professor.
  • Assistant Doctor Professor.
  • Professor of private universities.

One of the Foundation's main objectives is to improve the quality of teaching, research and management in order to increase the efficiency of the university system in the Community of Madrid. This is developed from the area of teacher evaluation. This area deals with the development of methodologies for the merit evaluation processes of university teaching staff, both for the evaluation of teaching staff for recruitment and for the establishment of an additional complement for teaching, research and management merits.
