About us The Foundation as Evaluation Body of the Madrid University System By Decree 63/2014 of May 29, the Governing Council of the Community of Madrid appointed madri+d Foundation for Knowledge as the assessment body in the university sphere of the Community of Madrid. The Foundation's activity is based on the principles of independence of the bodies involved in the evaluation, objectivity and publicity of the methods and procedures used, impartiality of the management bodies and participation of universities in quality improvement programs. The Foundation is committed to the quality and improvement of Higher Education as a way of contributing to the progress of our region and also wants to be a useful instrument for universities and citizens in general.
