    Datos de Identificación:    The Institute AGILUS for Innovation in Information Technologies (AGILUS I+D) is a private research centre established in the North of Portugal with the mission to bridge the gap between academic research institutions and industry in the field of ICT Research. AGILUS I+D works close together with industry and academia and therefore is specifically oriented for applied research and development projects.

 Resumen de la Colaboración     
  AGILUS I+D is interested in participating in projects where it can explore its compentences in Systems Engineering, Wireless sensor networks (zigbee), Location, navigation and positioning (GPS, UWB, Wi-Fi ,Wi-Max, RFID,...), Remote monitoring, data fusion (e.g. sensors with geographical data), simulation and, command and control applications.

AGILUS I+D is interested in participating in projects in the following areas:
  • SEC-2009.1.1.1 Logistic and supply chain security
  • SEC-2009.1.2.1 Information and knowledge management for the prevention of terrorist acts and organised crime
  • SEC2009.2.2.2 Integrated comprehensive approach to airport security
  • SEC-2009.2.3.1 Built infrastructure protection, including building in resilience to attack at the design stage
  • SEC-2009.3.2.1: Main port area security system
  • SEC-2009.4.1.1 Aftermath crisis management system
  • SEC-2009.4.2.1 First responder of the future
  • SEC-2009.4.3.3: Simulation, planning and training tools and methods for management of crises and complex emergencies
