Conceptual framework of national and regional innovation systems
The author introduces the concept of Innovation
National System and presents a detailed analysis of the theoretical
contributions realised and the existing differences between them. The
author also points out that the analysis concerning the Innovation
National System constitute a conceptual framework or approach more than a
theory.
