Justification of the technological policy : a theoretical approach
The debate about the role of the State in the economic
and industrial development has been one of the topics more discussed in
modern economic theory. In this paper, the author analyses three
outstanding theoretical approaches that offer interesting ideas about the
justification of the scientific and technological policy. The three
approaches are: neo-classical analysis, endogenous growth theory, and the
evolutionary theory.
