Technological Innovation in HOTEL Booking Management
   


Innovation is a key issue in Organizational studies because it is a main variable to obtain competitive advantages within competitive and turbulent environments. Technological innovations are one of the fundamentals in the economic and social transformation operating in organizations. This phenomenon has impacted in the Tourism industry. In this industry, technological innovations attained a role as critical strategic resource in their operations, and also as a competitive advantages source following the importance of information in this business. This paper shows an analysis on the Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) innovations within hotels. The aim is to obtain a deep understanding of the main variables guiding its implementation. Empirical analysis results show that the critical variables of the technological innovation are the level and integration of the hotel.
