Towards a new model of transference of university research results.
It is urgent to actualize the universities role within the technological innovation process, because they are agents in the new knowledge-based economy. The paper analizes the transference of knowledge and technology dynamic process from the generating area (universities and research centers) to the industry (in particular, to the SMEs).
