In constrant to the environmental tendence towards growth, in the developed economies SMEs (Small and Medium Entreprise) are pervasive. So, the relationship between firm size and success in innovation adoption. This article look over the reseach on this relationship. There is a huge amount of research on the issue, but a lack of agreement on the link's magnitude and intensity persists. So, the conclussions have a limited scope. This is a challenging result for further research aimed to the understanding of the heterogeneities shown, as well as to their integration.

Inter-firms Systems are widely spread in the Spanish market. The reasons are as follows: an improved client information, the sharing of databases, and the high cost derived from individual initiatives. So, firms develop common information systems.

The purpose of this article is to analyse the importance of the new knowledge management techniques as a key strategic resource for organization competitiveness. As a follow, the knowledge management is analysed within the organizational strategic process giving special attention at the knowledge process. Finally it is proposed the creation of a knowledge network of cities.
