As well as the economy needs entrepreneurs for growth and development, the society also needs these kind of people, devoted to offer solutions for the contemporary huge problems and challenges. The society needs social entrepreneurs: visionary people, with some business entrepreneurs’ capabilities (creativity and boldness). Social entrepreneurs have this goal: to promote social change, dealing with social problems. |

Proposal of a Model on Organizational Learning Dynamics
This study analizes organizational learning phenomena in high technology firms. The analysis is twofold: theoretical and empirical. Theoretical analysis is based on SECI Model (Socialization-Externalization-Combination-Internalization), and the empirical one is applied to a sample of 115 firms (52 from America and 63 from Spain) pointing out behaviour similarities and differences. |
