A Catalan technical centre based in Spain is looking for a provider of a conductor ink that would require a cured temperature lower than 80ºC. The centre is thinking of applying this material for the development of flexible electronic and photovoltaic devices by means of ink-jet printing processes. They are looking for an industrial company, academy or research organisation for a technical cooperation or a manufacturing agreement.

DESCRIPTION
"The Technical Centre is involved in different projects related to the development of flexible electronic and photovoltaic devices that require the deposition of conductor materials by ink-jet printing. As many of their substrates are thermo-sensitive, the centre is seeking ink formulations with cured temperatures lower than 80ºC.
The requestors are a technological centre situated in Mataró (Barcelona, Spain) that carries out applied research on smart materials and devices to give innovative solutions for different sectors and companies. They are specialised in deposition and printing techniques. The aim of the centre is to collaborate with other institutions (companies and research organizations) for the development of joint projects with a clear vision towards markets and applications.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements: The centre is looking for a conductor ink that shows volume resistivity values comprised between 5-30 microOhms•cm and cured temperature lower than 80ºC. As mentioned above, they are interested in using this ink for ink-jet printing. Therefore, the particle size should be lower than 0.2 micrometers and the viscosity should be between 10 and 12 cPs at operating temperature. A surface tension between 28 and 33 dynes/cm is also required."
