Os animamos a que le\u00e1is la entrevista,que esperamos d\u00e9 pie a un debate s\u00f3lido respecto a una reforma legislativa degran calado que coincide en el tiempo con la implantaci\u00f3n definitiva delEspacio Europeo de Educaci\u00f3n Superior en nuestro pa\u00eds. No en vano, el Borradorhace referencia a <st1:personname productid=\"la ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Carta Europea\" w:st=\"on\">la <b style=\"\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eracareers\/pdf\/eur_21620_es-en.pdf\">Carta Europea del Investigador<\/a> <\/b>de 2005.<o:p><\/o:p><\/st1:personname><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">Galindodenuncia, precisamente, que el apartado de RRHH del borrador contradice abiertamentelas cl\u00e1usulas de la carta, a pesar de remitirse a ella como documento dereferencia. <st1:personname productid=\"La Carrera Investigadora\" w:st=\"on\"><st1:personname productid=\"La Carrera\" w:st=\"on\">La Carrera<\/st1:personname> Investigadora<\/st1:personname>,por ejemplo, comenzar\u00eda tres a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de la culminaci\u00f3n de los estudios dedoctorado, mientras que la recomendaci\u00f3n europea la hace coincidir con el inicio delpostgrado.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">Elcontenido actual del texto tiene consecuencias directas sobre las condicioneslaborales de los investigadores espa\u00f1oles (y por ende, de los madrile\u00f1os).
