letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\">Este art\u00edculo, donde se compara la carrera investigadoracon \u201cun \u00e1rbol gigantesco\u201d, es interesante ya que resume, confront\u00e1ndolo con uncaso concreto, la situaci\u00f3n actual plagada de&nbsp; desventuras de losinvestigadores y las mejoras, en pro de una profesionalizaci\u00f3n (l\u00e9aseestabilidad, respaldo y reconocimiento de una actividad) de la misma que ha depromover <st1:personname productid=\"la mencionada Ley.\" w:st=\"on\">la mencionada Ley.<\/st1:personname><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\"><st1:personname productid=\"la mencionada Ley.\" w:st=\"on\"><\/st1:personname><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\">En este punto J.L. Belinch\u00f3n glosa un n\u00famero de siglas quedeterminan el inicio de la carrera investigadora a trav\u00e9s de las becas: I3P,FPI, FPU y JAE. En efecto, este primer escal\u00f3n se caracteriza por la espera deuna convocatoria y por el suspense de una resoluci\u00f3n favorable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\">Ya en 2006, como recuerdan desde la Oficina de J\u00f3venesInvestigadores, la Comunidad de Madrid \u201caplicando las recomendaciones de <st1:personname productid=\"la Uni\u00f3n Europea\" w:st=\"on\">la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/st1:personname> (CartaEuropea del Investigador), reconoci\u00f3 como personal laboral a losinvestigadores.\u201d He aqu\u00ed un primer paso, un escal\u00f3n ganado, que reduce laincertidumbre de esos comienzos desde las becas de investigaci\u00f3n y permitehablar desde entonces en la Comunidad de Madrid de contratos de investigaci\u00f3n. Si bien es cierto, que se reconoce alguna excepci\u00f3n como laque ata\u00f1e al <i>personal investigador en formaci\u00f3n<\/i>, el cual no abandona lacategor\u00eda de beca. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\">Cuando se apruebe la Ley de la Ciencia y la Tecnolog\u00eda lacarrera investigadora contar\u00e1 con las siguientes etapas: <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\">Arranca con el t\u00edtulo de doctor. Desde esta definici\u00f3n <st1:personname productid=\"la nueva Ley\" w:st=\"on\">la nueva Ley<\/st1:personname> organizar\u00e1 lacarrera investigadora considerando \u201cdos etapas previas (<i>formaci\u00f3npredoctoral y postdoctoral<\/i>)\u201d y una carrera profesional. Para ello, se\u00f1alaJ.L. Belinch\u00f3n, \u201cla nueva ley crear\u00e1 un contrato adecuado a los t\u00edtulos delEEES\u201d para la formaci\u00f3n predoctoral, y ofrecer\u00e1 una f\u00f3rmula acertada para lapostdoctoral.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\">Tras este periodo en formaci\u00f3n del investigador, la carreraprofesional se articular\u00e1 en<\/span><i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt;\"> grados<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\">. Esta novedad que trata de organizarlos periodos profesionales de la actividad investigadora, tomando el modeloescolar del plan Bolonia, consta de un<\/span><i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt;\"> grado de acceso <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\">para el que secrear\u00e1 <i>ad hoc<\/i> la f\u00f3rmula contractual&nbsp; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt;\">tenuretrack<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\"> (cinco a\u00f1os de vinculaci\u00f3n laboral \u201ccon un examen al final del tercera\u00f1o, cuya superaci\u00f3n conduce a la contrataci\u00f3n indefinida\u201d) y al que seguir\u00e1n <\/span><i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt;\">losgrados de consolidaci\u00f3n y posteriores<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\"> (\u201ccuyas caracter\u00edsticas ser\u00e1ndeterminadas por las entidades contratantes\u201d.) <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.75pt; font-weight: normal;\">El art\u00edculo se cierra con la descripci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n actualdel mercado para los investigadores, marcada por el descenso del n\u00famero deestudiantes interesados, as\u00ed como por el desconocimiento por parte del sectorprivado de la actividad investigadora y viceversa, de los investigadores hacialas oportunidades de este sector.
