Se trata de instituciones acad\u00e9micas que valoran elconocimiento puro. Es decir:entidades con \u00e1nimo de lucro, pero tambi\u00e9n con la convicci\u00f3n de que paraasentarse en el panorama sectorial que fuere es fundamental incorporar nuevoconocimiento en los procedimientos, los productos y los servicios.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">Aunquepueda parecer muy esquem\u00e1tico, es bastante evidente que estas dos esferas casino se tocan \u2013 especialmente si borramos por un momento el adjetivoespecificativo que separa a algunas empresas del pelot\u00f3n. Si las esferas se tocana veces es porque empresas que <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">ya hantenido contacto <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">conalg\u00fan grupo de investigaci\u00f3n toman la iniciativa para proponer un proyectoconjunto. De esta manera el documento de la EUA confirma algo que ya se hab\u00edaconstatado en un <u><a href=\"..\/archive\/2009\/07\/06\/121334.aspx\">estudiode 2007 sobre cooperaci\u00f3n con el sector empresarial en la Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid<\/a><\/u>:la base para la cooperaci\u00f3n profesional y productiva entre universidades yempresas es <st1:personname productid=\"la confianza. Esto\" w:st=\"on\">la <b style=\"\">confianza. <\/b>Esto<\/st1:personname>significa por lo menos tres cosas: <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"\">1-<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; -x-system-font: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">Es necesaria la m\u00e1xima seriedad enestos programas para que pueda afianzarse la cooperaci\u00f3n.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"\">2-<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; -x-system-font: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">Las universidades deben implementarpol\u00edticas de buenas pr\u00e1cticas para aumentar las probabilidades de que losprimeros contactos generen confianza.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"\">3-<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; -x-system-font: none;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">Es necesario encontrar alternativaso complementos para ese v\u00ednculo informal para estabilizar el panorama a largoplazo. En este sentido, una de las condiciones estructurales para una cooperaci\u00f3nexitosa, se\u00f1aladas en el punto 3.4.3 del informe, es que <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">las universidades y las industrias deber\u00edan centrarseen la propia constituci\u00f3n del partenariado y dar una importancia secundaria aproyectos<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"> individualesy <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">a corto plazo<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">. Se argumenta que la consecuencianatural del trabajo conjunto y prolongado sobre un mismo tema deber\u00eda arrojarresultados de forma natural y espont\u00e1nea.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">De todasmaneras, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">para empezar<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"> hay que partir de la base de que los<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">fines \u00faltimos<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"> de las dos esferas son <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">disparatadamente distintos<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">. En el informe, que incluyesugerencias y comentarios de los participantes, se puede leer que:<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\">\u00abFor universities, tocome up wit<span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-GB\">h an idea is an endpoint but for industry the idea is just the starting point\u00bb<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-GB\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">Me pareceuna frase rotunda y acertada. Contar con perspectivas tan diferentes puedeparecer un obst\u00e1culo insalvable, pero lo que se est\u00e1 afirmando, al mismotiempo, es que la universidad y la industria permiten una articulaci\u00f3nfuncional que genere cadenas productivas. Para que la cadena exista como tal,es sin embargo imprescindible que los eslabones se den cuenta de lo que son, yreconozcan ambos extremos del proceso. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">De maneraque un doctorando dentro del modelo cooperativo ensayado por DOC-CAREERS(estancia investigadora en una empresa con vistas a un resultado pr\u00e1ctico yaplicable) debe reconocer que se debe a dos se\u00f1ores. Y por lo tanto ning\u00fandoctorando que realice sus estudios avanzados por mero hobby deber\u00edacomprometerse a este tipo de itinerarios, que exigen una dedicaci\u00f3n doble. Hayque adaptarse a un ambiente laboral muy distinto, con ritmos, valores yprocedimientos propios; y eso exige esfuerzo y cierta amplitud de miras. No setrata de un puro sacrificio, sino de saber detectar la oportunidad de que segoza al poder dedicarse a producir conocimiento en un ambiente empresarial. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">En un parde d\u00edas har\u00e9 un post m\u00e1s centrado en los candidatos y menos en lasinstituciones.
