No llegaremos todav\u00eda a la extensi\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicosespecializados en tramitaci\u00f3n (la semana pasada vimos un ejemplo de <u><a href=\"http:\/\/scienceblogs.com\/principles\/2009\/08\/pnas_julie_myers-irvin_scienti.php#more\">cient\u00edficoexperto en gesti\u00f3n<\/a><\/u>), que alivien a los cient\u00edficos de pesadasburocracias, por lo que la respuesta es <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">formarse<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer para evitar losmonzones tras la lectura de la tesis? <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">Laprofesionalizaci\u00f3n en ciencia tiene, como estamos viendo, una oferta formativaen expansi\u00f3n. La propuesta de REMAT es bastante centralista, pues consiste enque el itinerario propuesto por ellos pueda convertirse en parte del curr\u00edculoacad\u00e9mico, reconoci\u00e9ndose por ECTS en calidad de materia opcional dentro de loscursos de doctorado.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\">Aunque losseminarios realizados durante 2007 y 2008 duraron s\u00f3lo dos d\u00edas para nodistraer a los investigadores de su tarea primaria, los 5 m\u00f3dulos en que seestructuran los contenidos son imprescindibles y bastante densos, aunque noincluyen la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">formaci\u00f3n en habilidadescomplementarias y transferibles<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;\"> (eficacia comunicativa, la capacidad de resolver problemas, etc.),pues se supone que \u00e9stas se adquieren informalmente en los itinerariostradicionales del doctorado.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
