Seg\u00fan dicho informe se constata un crecimiento de las ventas online del 23,1%, alcanzando una cifra absoluta de 2.055 millones de euros. Destaca especialmente el crecimiento de la categor\u00eda ropa, tercera tras viajes y tickets, por la triunfal irrupci\u00f3n de Zara en el mercado.<\/p>\n<p>El mercado online estar\u00e1 marcado cada vez m\u00e1s por los nuevos dispositivos. El a\u00f1o pasado, por primera vez, la venta de smartphones super\u00f3 a la de PCs y el crecimiento de los tablets, cercano al 300%, augura una mayor fragmentaci\u00f3n en los soportes de acceso a la Red. Asimismo, los ebooks siguen creciendo y en EE.UU. ya suponen el 15% del mercado de libros, por lo que los ereaders ser\u00e1n otro dispositivo importante para el comercio electr\u00f3nico, especialmente con la irrupci\u00f3n de Amazon en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Los h\u00e1bitos online siguen orient\u00e1ndose a un mayor uso de redes sociales, con un incremento de 5 puntos porcentuales, en detrimento del uso del tel\u00e9fono fijo (-6pp) y de los SMS (-8pp).
