Eslovenia asume as\u00ed, durante todo el primer semestre del 2008, las riendas de la vida pol\u00edtica europea. El 1 de julio ser\u00e1 el turno de<SPAN style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/SPAN>Francia.<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">&nbsp;<\/P><SPAN style=\"FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES; mso-fareast-language: ES\"><P class=MsoBodyText2 style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\"><SPAN style=\"FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES; mso-fareast-language: ES\">Durante estos primeros seis meses del 2008 Eslovenia presidir\u00e1 todas las reuniones de los jefes de Estado y de Gobierno, as\u00ed como los Consejos de ministros que tendr\u00e1n lugar en Bruselas y en Luxemburgo. Es el primero de los nuevos Estados miembros que asume esta responsabilidad.<\/SPAN><\/P><P class=MsoBodyText2 style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\"><SPAN style=\"FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES; mso-fareast-language: ES\"><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN>&nbsp;<\/P><\/SPAN><!--more--><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\">Entre los objetivos principales de <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags\" \/><st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Presidencia\">la <A href=\"http:\/\/www.eu2008.si\/en\/index.html\">Presidencia eslovena<\/A> para el primer semestre de 2008, se encuentra la ratificaci\u00f3n del <A href=\"http:\/\/europa.eu\/lisbon_treaty\/index_es.htm\">Tratado de Lisboa<\/A>. Con la ayuda de los otros 26 Estados miembros y en colaboraci\u00f3n con <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Presidencia\">la Presidencia<\/st1:PersonName> francesa durante el segundo trimestre de 2008, Eslovenia pretende logar una ratificaci\u00f3n antes de las elecciones al Parlamento Europeo de 2009. Los otros desaf\u00edos de esta nueva Presidencia son el paquete energ\u00e9tico y el cambio clim\u00e1tico, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Estrategia\">la <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/growthandjobs\/index_en.htm\">Estrategia de Lisboa<\/A>. Asimismo, <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Presidencia\">la Presidencia<\/st1:PersonName> eslovena reforzar\u00e1 la cooperaci\u00f3n con los <A href=\"http:\/\/www.ec.europa.eu\/enlargement\/enlargement_process\/accession_process\/how_does_a_country_join_the_eu\/sap\/index_es.htm\">Balcanes occidentales<\/A> y participar\u00e1 activamente en el <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/culture\/portal\/action\/dialogue\/2008_dial_en.htm\">A\u00f1o europeo del di\u00e1logo intercultural<\/A>.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o:p><\/o:p><\/st1:PersonName><\/st1:PersonName><\/SPAN><\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">&nbsp;<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">En lo que respecta a <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la I\">la <A href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/slovenia\/presidency\/home_en.html\">I<\/A><\/st1:PersonName><A href=\"http:\/\/tempuri.org\/tempuri.html\">+D<\/A>, el objetivo principal de Eslovenia es <B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\">potenciar el desarrollo del <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/era\/index_en.html\">\u00c1rea Europea de Investigaci\u00f3n<\/A><\/B>, de manera que Europa alcance el nivel competitivo que le corresponde a nivel mundial. Para ello, Eslovenia propone las siguientes acciones:<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">&nbsp;<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt 0pt 0pt 36pt; TEXT-INDENT: -18pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2\"><SPAN style=\"mso-list: Ignore\">&#8211;<SPAN style=\"FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Conectar el trabajo de las instituciones de conocimiento y las empresas<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt 0pt 0pt 36pt; TEXT-INDENT: -18pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2\"><SPAN style=\"mso-list: Ignore\">&#8211;<SPAN style=\"FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Fortalecer el \u00c1rea Europea de Investigaci\u00f3n, especialmente en el \u00e1rea de la investigaci\u00f3n industrial (<A href=\"http:\/\/www.eureka.be\/\">Eureka<\/A>, <A href=\"http:\/\/www.eurostars-eureka.eu\/\">Eurostars<\/A>, etc)<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt 0pt 0pt 36pt; TEXT-INDENT: -18pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2\"><SPAN style=\"mso-list: Ignore\">&#8211;<SPAN style=\"FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Mejorar la movilidad intersectorial, es decir, la transferencia entre el sector p\u00fablico y privado. <\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt 0pt 0pt 36pt; TEXT-INDENT: -18pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2\"><SPAN style=\"mso-list: Ignore\">&#8211;<SPAN style=\"FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Introducci\u00f3n de <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Agenda Estrat?gica\">la Agenda Estrat\u00e9gica<\/st1:PersonName> de Investigaci\u00f3n en las <A href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/technology-platforms\/home_en.html\">Plataformas Tecnol\u00f3gicas Europeas<\/A>.<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">Los objetivos concretos para el primer semestre de 2008 son los siguientes:<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">&nbsp;<\/P><UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0pt\" type=disc><LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><A href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/jtis\/about-jti_en.html\">Las Iniciativas Tecnol\u00f3gicas Conjuntas<\/A><\/B>: Se continuar\u00e1 con las negociaciones iniciadas por <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Presidencia\">la Presidencia<\/st1:PersonName> portuguesa con respecto a la propuesta de <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Comisi?n\">la Comisi\u00f3n<\/st1:PersonName> que identifica los siguientes sectores como principales: sistemas de ordenador incorporados, medicina innovadora, aeron\u00e1utica, trasporte a\u00e9reo, nano-electr\u00f3nica y c\u00e9lulas de fuel e hidr\u00f3geno. <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\">Iniciativas bajo el <A href=\"http:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/fp7\/art169_en.html\">art\u00edculo 169<\/A><\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\">: Se prev\u00e9 la fase final del <A href=\"http:\/\/europa.eu\/institutions\/decision-making\/index_es.htm\">procedimiento de codecisi\u00f3n<\/A> para las dos primeras iniciativas: <A href=\"http:\/\/www.aal-europe.eu\/\">Vida ambiente Asistida<\/A> y <A href=\"http:\/\/www.eurostars-eureka.eu\/\">EUROSTARS<\/A>. Es probable que se inicien las dos siguientes iniciativas, <A href=\"http:\/\/www.bonusportal.org\/\">Mar B\u00e1ltico Bonus 169<\/A> y <A href=\"http:\/\/www.emrponline.eu\/\">EMRP<\/A> sobre metrolog\u00eda. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\"><A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/education\/policies\/educ\/eit\/index_en.html\">Instituto europeo de Innovaci\u00f3n y Tecnolog\u00eda<\/A><\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\">: Cuando se haya llegado a un acuerdo con el Parlamento, la importancia se centrar\u00e1 en el establecimiento del Comit\u00e9 Directivo.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\">Balcanes occidentales<\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\">: Eslovenia quiere lograr una mayor participaci\u00f3n de los Balcanes occidentales y propone su inclusi\u00f3n en <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la ????????????????????????????????????????????????????Red Eureka.?\">la <A href=\"http:\/\/www.eureka.be\/contacts\/home.do\">Red Eureka.<\/A><\/st1:PersonName><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\"><A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/infrastructures\/index_en.html\">Infraestructuras de investigaci\u00f3n<\/A><\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\">: <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Presidencia\">La Presidencia<\/st1:PersonName> eslovena organizar\u00e1 una Conferencia los 5 y 6 de marzo de 2008 en la que se explore la dimensi\u00f3n estructural de las infraestructuras de investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00c1rea Europea de Investigaci\u00f3n, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n al papel de las regiones.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: list 36.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\">El papel de <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/science-society\/index.cfm?fuseaction=public.topic&amp;id=27\">las mujeres en la ciencia<\/A><\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN lang=ES-TRAD style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD\">: En una reuni\u00f3n informal del Grupo de Trabajo del Consejo sobre investigaci\u00f3n que tendr\u00e1 lugar los d\u00edas 7 y 8 de febrero, se presentar\u00e1n los resultados del <A href=\"http:\/\/www.era-can.ca\/en\/other_56\/items\/Comparative_survey_on_women_in_research_decision_making_2.html\">estudio \u201cMujeres en la toma de decisiones en la investigaci\u00f3n\u201d,<\/A> las actividades del <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/science-society\/index.cfm?fuseaction=public.topic&amp;id=124\">Grupo de Helsinki para las Mujeres y la Ciencia<\/A> de la <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/index_es.htm\">Comisi\u00f3n Europea<\/A> y el programa esloveno para j\u00f3venes investigadores.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 1 de enero Eslovenia tom\u00f3 el relevo de Portugal en la Presidencia del Consejo de la UE. .
