mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">objetivos de Lisboa<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A> y progresar en la creaci\u00f3n del <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/era\/index_en.html\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">Espacio Europeo de Investigaci\u00f3n<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A> (EEI) encontramos la <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/regional_policy\/sources\/docoffic\/official\/communic\/lisbon0713\/com2007_798_es.doc\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">movilizaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica de cohesi\u00f3n europea para el periodo 2007-2013 a favor de la innovaci\u00f3n<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A>, incluida la asignaci\u00f3n a este objetivo de una proporci\u00f3n ambiciosa de los fondos disponibles.<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\">Entre los Fondos de cohesi\u00f3n europeos se encuentra el <A href=\"http:\/\/www.madrimasd.org\/proyectoseuropeos\/futuroPoliticaInv\/docs\/PO_Espacio_Sudoe_2007-2013_.pdf\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">programa de cooperaci\u00f3n transnacional \u201cEuropa del Sudoeste 2007-2013\u201d<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A>, SUDOE (<\/SPAN><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold\">Sudoeste europeo<\/SPAN><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\">), que fue aprobado por <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Comisi\u00f3n Europea\"><st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Comisi?n\">la Comisi\u00f3n<\/st1:PersonName> Europea<\/st1:PersonName> en septiembre de 2007 y forma parte del cap\u00edtulo transnacional de la cooperaci\u00f3n.<\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\"><\/SPAN><\/o:p>&nbsp;<\/P><!--more--><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\">El <A href=\"http:\/\/www.interreg-sudoe.org\/castellano\/index.asp\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">Programa SUDOE<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A> se inscribe en el marco de la <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/regional_policy\/interreg3\/index_es.htm\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">Iniciativa INTERREG<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A> lanzada en 1991 por <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags\" \/><st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Uni\u00f3n Europea.\">la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/st1:PersonName> El <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/regional_policy\/funds\/2007\/index_es.htm\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">nuevo periodo de programaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea (2007-2013)<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A> marca el reconocimiento de INTERREG que se transforma en uno de los <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/regional_policy\/funds\/feder\/index_es.htm\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">tres nuevos Objetivos<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A> de la pol\u00edtica de cohesi\u00f3n de <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la Uni\u00f3n Europea\">la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/st1:PersonName>:<\/P><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0pt 0pt 0pt 35.4pt; <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\">Reino-Unido: Gibraltar<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\"><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\"><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\">La dotaci\u00f3n financiera del Programa para el periodo 2007-2013 alcanza 132 millones de euros, de los cuales 99 millones de contribuci\u00f3n de <st1:PersonName w:st=\"on\" ProductID=\"la UE\">la UE<\/st1:PersonName> a trav\u00e9s del <A href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/regional_policy\/funds\/feder\/index_es.htm\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">FEDER<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A>. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><STRONG><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\">EJE&nbsp;4<\/SPAN><\/STRONG><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\"> &#8211; Impulso del desarrollo urbano sostenible aprovechando los efectos positivos de la cooperaci\u00f3n transnacional.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\"><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\"><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\">Los a\u00f1os 2007 y 2008 son un periodo de transici\u00f3n entre dos generaciones de programas (2000-2006 cuya ejecuci\u00f3n se acaba en 2008 y 2007-2013 que inaugura la cuarta generaci\u00f3n de INTERREG).<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\">Para orientar esa transici\u00f3n, los <A href=\"http:\/\/www.interreg-sudoe.org\/castellano\/contactos\/index.asp\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">\u00f3rganos de gesti\u00f3n del programa INTERREG III B SUDOE<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A> han decidido organizar seminarios tem\u00e1ticos con el fin de capitalizar las ense\u00f1anzas logradas de la experiencia INTERREG III B (2000-2006) y preparar de manera eficaz las convocatorias del nuevo programa 2007-2013: <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P><P style=\"MARGIN: 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN style=\"COLOR: black\">El <A href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacion.udc.es\/seminario-sudoe-innovacion\/programa.html\"><B><SPAN style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">pr\u00f3ximo seminario<\/SPAN><\/B><\/A> tratar\u00e1 sobre la tem\u00e1tica \u00abInvestigaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo e Innovaci\u00f3n (I+D+i)\u201d y se celebrar\u00e1 los d\u00edas <B>21 y 22 de febrero de 2008<\/B> en A Coru\u00f1a.
