Lo mismo que se destinan, sin m\u00e1s<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>dificultades, como grandes promesas, cantidades ingentes de dinero a las v\u00edas<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>de comunicaci\u00f3n, se pod\u00eda repartir ese dinero en v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>y energ\u00eda: El dinero es el mismo y la creaci\u00f3n de empleo mayor en las<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>energ\u00edas alternativas. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Textopreformateado\" style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Textopreformateado\" style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se van los cient\u00edficos europeos a otros pa\u00edses, en particular<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>a los EEUU?
