Se han muestreado 58.524 puntos de muestreo distintos, con un total de 700.281 boletines de an\u00e1lisis y 5,2 millones de determinaciones. La conformidad con la legislaci\u00f3n por grupo de par\u00e1metros est\u00e1 por encima del 99% en el caso de los microbiol\u00f3gicos (99,7%), qu\u00edmicos (99,5%), plaguicidas (99,9%) y organol\u00e9pticos (99,8%). Los par\u00e1metros con una conformidad con la legislaci\u00f3n menor del 98% son: sulfato (89%), actividad alfa total y cloruro (95%), cloro libre residual y sodio (96%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Julia Mar\u00eda Raez, GIQA-URJC<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El control sanitario del agua de consumo humano es un objetivo prioritario de la salud p\u00fablica. La Directiva 98\/83\/CE, relativa a la calidad del agua destinada al consumo humano y su transposici\u00f3n en el Real Decreto 140\/2003, que establece los criterios sanitarios de la calidad para este tipo de aguas, est\u00e1n destinadas a garantizar que el agua de consumo sea salubre y limpia, eliminando o reduciendo la concentraci\u00f3n de contaminantes microbiol\u00f3gicos y f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicos que puedan afectar a la salud humana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El informe t\u00e9cnico elaborado por el SINAC (Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n de Aguas de Consumo) recoge y presenta los datos relativos a la calidad del agua de consumo humano correspondientes al a\u00f1o 2013 en Espa\u00f1a. Se han controlado un total 58.524 puntos de muestreo entre zonas de captaci\u00f3n, infraestructuras y grifos. Tambi\u00e9n informa de otros par\u00e1metros como el origen del agua para los abastecimientos y los tratamientos de potabilizaci\u00f3n utilizados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se han controlado 382 par\u00e1metros, donde se incluyen los 53 que obliga la legislaci\u00f3n, que indican si un agua de consumo podr\u00eda tener un riesgo para la salud, en el caso de sobrepasar unos determinados valores se\u00f1alados en la legislaci\u00f3n. Los tipos de par\u00e1metros analizados son: microbiol\u00f3gicos, qu\u00edmicos, indicadores y radiactivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los resultados del informe muestran que el 95,3% de las muestras de agua analizadas son aptas para el consumo humano, manteniendo el mismo porcentaje con respecto a los dos a\u00f1os anteriores. La categor\u00eda de agua apta para el consumo indica que el agua no contiene ning\u00fan tipo de microorganismo, par\u00e1sito o sustancia, en una cantidad o concentraci\u00f3n que pueda suponer un peligro para la salud humana y cumpla con los valores param\u00e9tricos especificados en las partes A, B, C y D del anexo I del Real Decreto 140\/2003. Un 4% de las muestras son aptas para el consumo con no conformidad al haber superado alg\u00fan valor de los par\u00e1metros indicativos (parte C del anexo I del Real Decreto anterior). El 0,7% del total de muestras han sido consideradas como no apta para el consumo. De ese porcentaje s\u00f3lo un 0,1%<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">no alcanzan los niveles en uno o varios par\u00e1metros que la autoridad sanitaria considera que han producido o puedan producir efectos adversos sobre la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La conformidad por tipo de par\u00e1metros ha mejorado en el caso de par\u00e1metros microbiol\u00f3gicos e indicadores de calidad, se ha mantenido en plaguicidas y caracter\u00edsticas organol\u00e9pticas, sin embargo ha empeorado en par\u00e1metros qu\u00edmicos y radiactividad. Las zonas de abastecimiento rurales vuelven a ser las que tienen un menor porcentaje de conformidad de la calidad del agua respecto a las urbanas motivado por el origen del agua y el proceso de tratamiento. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como en a\u00f1os anteriores, los par\u00e1metros con menor porcentaje de conformidad son los debidos a la naturaleza del terreno: sulfato, actividad alfa total (relativo a radiactividad), cloruro, sodio, fluoruro y ars\u00e9nico. Debido a incidencias en las pr\u00e1cticas agr\u00edcolas en aguas subterr\u00e1neas aparecen siempre nitratos. A estos se suman el cloro libre residual, cloro combinado residual, trihalometanos, hierro, pH, Bacterias coliformes y recuentos de colonias a 22\u00baC como incidencias en el tratamiento de potabilizaci\u00f3n. Estas son las causas m\u00e1s frecuentes de la no aptitud del agua de consumo a lo largo de los a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\"
