La atenci\u00f3n se debe centrar en las medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n (protecci\u00f3n de las personas). <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0in\" type=square> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">No se recomienda el cierre de fronteras ni la restricci\u00f3n de los viajes internacionales, pues tendr\u00e1n poca o ninguna repercusi\u00f3n en la propagaci\u00f3n del virus y causar\u00e1n perturbaciones importantes a los pa\u00edses. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN-LEFT: 0.25in; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0in\" type=square> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">El uso de la vacuna antigripal estacional debe seguir tal y como se hab\u00eda recomendado anteriormente. La producci\u00f3n de la vacuna antigripal estacional debe continuar, lo cual se reevaluar\u00e1 a medida que la situaci\u00f3n evolucione. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">En M\u00e9xico, hay 26 casos y 7 defunciones de gripe porcina por el virus H1N1 confirmados por laboratorio. Hay 1840 presuntos casos, de los cuales han muerto 104. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">En los Estados Unidos, hay 40 casos confirmados por laboratorio (7 en California, 2 en Kansas, 28 en Nueva York, 1 en Ohio y 2 en Texas). <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">En el Canad\u00e1, hay 6 casos confirmados (4 en Nueva Escocia y 2 en la Columbia Brit\u00e1nica). <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">En la Uni\u00f3n Europea hay 3 casos confirmados (2 en Escocia y 1 en Espa\u00f1a) en Espa\u00f1a, en este momento son 2 los casos confirmados. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">Cambio de fase de la OMS<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">El Comit\u00e9 de Urgencias del Reglamento Sanitario Internacional&nbsp; est\u00e1 integrado por 15 expertos independientes que asesoran a la Directora General de la OMS, y ha recomendado el cambio de fase. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">El cambio de la fase indica claramente a los pa\u00edses que deben fortalecer la vigilancia de enfermedades, examinar sus preparativos para hacer frente a una eventual pandemia y determinar qu\u00e9 medidas deben aplicarse si el brote llegara a convertirse en una pandemia. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: rgb(204,0,0); FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: rgb(204,0,0); FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">La fase 4 significa que los pa\u00edses deben activar sus planes nacionales de contingencia.
