FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">Estamos en verano as\u00ed que lo m\u00e1s probable es que si una persona tiene s\u00edntomas gripales (los vamos a ir explicando poco a poco), lo m\u00e1s probable es que sufra una Gripe pand\u00e9mica A H1 N1.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0in\" type=square> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">Los grupos de edad afectados para una y otra gripe son diferentes:<\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"> s\u00edntomas gripales en ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes, adultos sanos y embarazadas son susceptibles de hacernos pensar que estamos ante una Gripe pand\u00e9mica A H1 N1.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0in\" type=square> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">Veamos la fiebre: <B><SPAN style=\"COLOR: blue\">ha de ser mayor de 38- 38,5\u00ba C<\/SPAN><\/B> y, al parecer es <B><SPAN style=\"COLOR: blue\">m\u00e1s alta 39\u00ba C y de presentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida<\/SPAN><\/B> en los afectados de la Gripe pand\u00e9mica A H1 N1.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0in\" type=square> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">Los s\u00edntomas respiratorios, tan molestos en la gripe estacional, son escasos en la gripe pand\u00e9mica.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0in\" type=square> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"COLOR: blue; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">El dolor de cabeza, los dolores musculares, los escalofr\u00edos y la tos seca son m\u00e1s intensos en la Gripe pand\u00e9mica A H1 N1.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0in\" type=square> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"COLOR: blue; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">La duraci\u00f3n <\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: windowtext; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">de la gripe com\u00fan es de 1 semana, <\/SPAN><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">la de la Gripe pand\u00e9mica A H1 N1 es de aproximadamente 4 d\u00edas.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <UL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0in\" type=square> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"COLOR: blue; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">En la Gripe pand\u00e9mica A H1 N1 la afectaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas respiratorias bajas, por <SPAN>&nbsp;<\/SPAN>una mayor penetraci\u00f3n del virus en las mismas, es m\u00e1s frecuente.<\/SPAN><\/B><\/LI><\/UL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">En este momento, ante un paciente con un cuadro de fiebre alta e infecci\u00f3n respiratoria podemos pensar que estamos ante un caso sospechoso de Gripe pand\u00e9mica A H1 N1 y se le trata con antigripales y antit\u00e9rmicos (b\u00e1sicamente paracetamol). El tratamiento con antivirales como el Tamiflu y el Relenza, se debe administrar \u00fanicamente a los <A href=\"http:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/elmundo\/2009\/07\/27\/espana\/1248707891.html\">grupos de riesgo<\/A> para evitar complicaciones.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">Y las medidas generales que han de tomarse son descansar, beber l\u00edquidos de forma abundante y evitar el consumo de alcohol o tabaco.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\">Otras medidas<\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'\"> recomendadas por el <A href=\"http:\/\/www.msc.es\/\" target=_blank>Ministerio de Sanidad<\/A>, tanto para la gripe com\u00fan como para la gripe A, incluyen <B><SPAN style=\"COLOR: blue\">mantener las distancias con los afectados y no saludar ni con besos ni dando la mano, no compartir vasos ni cubiertos, ventilar la habitaci\u00f3n del paciente y abrigarse cuando se notan cambios bruscos de temperatura<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt;
