Se constituyen asociaciones profesionales de gestores de salud (Ejemplo, Asociaci\u00f3n Madrile\u00f1a de Administraci\u00f3n Sanitaria, AMAS), que defienden un profesionalismo por encima de opciones pol\u00edticas. Aunque el discurso&nbsp;reivindique una&nbsp;gesti\u00f3n profesional&nbsp;que prime la <SPAN style=\"FONT-FAMILY: Garamond\"><STRONG>independencia t\u00e9cnica<\/STRONG><\/SPAN> frente a las presiones pol\u00edticas, no deja de plantear riesgos en una administraci\u00f3n en la que desde los cuadros medios para arriba todos son <SPAN style=\"FONT-FAMILY: Garamond\"><STRONG>nombrados por libre designaci\u00f3n<\/STRONG><\/SPAN>. En el caso de salud publica, las principales (SEE, SESPAS, AMAS) van a estar sometidas a esta encrucijada. Su papel como posibles portavoces t\u00e9cnicos independientes frente a la administraci\u00f3n, siempre sospechosa de parcialidad pol\u00edtica, va a estar bastante condicionada por la situaci\u00f3n de bastantes de sus responsables en la pir\u00e1mide t\u00e9cnico-pol\u00edtica de la administraci\u00f3n. Hab\u00eda una derecha que reivindicaba un estilo moderno, incluso \u201cprogre\u201d, que se diferenciaba de la imagen de la derecha pr\u00f3xima al franquismo. La posible introducci\u00f3n de nuevas vacunas en el calendario de inmunizaci\u00f3n empieza a ser acogida por los salubristas desde la desconfianza y con una cierta resistencia. Recientemente se hab\u00eda introducido la vacuna frente al Hemofilus influenza, sin que entre las razones que se pudiesen esgrimirse para su aplicaci\u00f3n colectiva, estuviera una alta incidencia de las enfermedades producidas por esta bacteria en nuestra comunidad. <\/SPAN><SPAN style=\"FONT-SIZE: 14pt\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN style=\"FONT-SIZE: 14pt\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><SPAN style=\"FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: Garamond\">Se percibe que las presiones que pueden ejercer los laboratorios ante la oferta de una nueva vacuna son desmesuradas. Suelen tener de aliados a los pediatras, que consideran solo el \u00e1mbito de prevenci\u00f3n individual (a veces diferente de los criterios colectivos o poblacionales que manejan los salubristas), y, a trav\u00e9s de la capacidad de influencia de los pediatras sobre ellos, a los padres de los ni\u00f1os. Los pol\u00edticos, por otra parte, serian sensibles a las demandas de estos padres y podr\u00edan optar por decisiones demag\u00f3gicas de introducir vacunas nuevas, sin tener en cuanta los criterios t\u00e9cnicos (por ejemplo, la incidencia de la enfermedad a prevenir y la efectividad y efectos secundarios de la vacuna).
