Esta\"><B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/SPAN><\/B><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\"> Esta<\/SPAN><\/st1:PersonName><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\"> informaci\u00f3n es extremadamente valiosa como instrumento para la planificaci\u00f3n de las actuaciones en el \u00e1mbito de la salud en general y de la salud p\u00fablica en particular. <x:namespace prefix = o ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Son muchas y muy variadas las fuentes de datos que pueden aportar informaci\u00f3n sobre el binomio salud-enfermedad de la poblaci\u00f3n; pero entre ellas se sit\u00faan de forma destacada<SPAN style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/SPAN>las <A href=\"http:\/\/www.ine.es\/daco\/daco42\/mortalidad\/rrnacional.pdf\"><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN style=\"COLOR: blue\">estad\u00edsticas de mortalidad<\/SPAN><\/B>.<o:p><\/o:p><\/A><\/SPAN><\/P><!--more--><P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">El sistema de registro de mortalidad es una fuente de datos exhaustiva, representativa tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, y ha sido recopilada durante un largo periodo de tiempo<B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN style=\"COLOR: blue\">. Las categor\u00edas deben ser estructuradas de tal forma que permitan facilitar el estudio estad\u00edstico del fen\u00f3meno de la enfermedad\u201d<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/I><\/B><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">La calidad, fiabilidad y utilidad de las estad\u00edsticas de mortalidad dependen de la exactitud en la certificaci\u00f3n, por parte del m\u00e9dico notificador de la enfermedad o enfermedades que han producido el fallecimiento. Esto hace necesario que todos los m\u00e9dicos conozcan y apliquen las normas internacionales para una correcta certificaci\u00f3n.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\" align=justify><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: purple; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">ASPECTOS QUE HAY QUE TENER EN CUENTA<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Entre las normas, que hay que observar en el momento de cumplimentar estos documentos, hay que tener siempre presente la <B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN style=\"COLOR: blue\">relaci\u00f3n cronol\u00f3gica entre la causa inmediata y la causa fundamental,<\/SPAN><\/B> esta \u00faltima entidad nosol\u00f3gica es la que, despu\u00e9s de aplicar las reglas de selecci\u00f3n de la CIE para la selecci\u00f3n de la <B><SPAN style=\"COLOR: navy\">causa b\u00e1sica de defunci\u00f3n<\/SPAN><\/B>, deber\u00eda ser seleccionada y es la que posteriormente se utiliza en las estad\u00edsticas de mortalidad. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\" align=justify><B style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal\"><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: purple; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Otras normas importantes son:<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <OL style=\"MARGIN-TOP: 0in\" type=1> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; COLOR: purple; tab-stops: list .5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2\"> <DIV align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">una caligraf\u00eda legible, <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; COLOR: purple; tab-stops: list .5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2\"> <DIV align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">detallar las enfermedades con el nombre completo (no utilizar siglas y abreviaturas)<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN> <\/DIV> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; COLOR: purple; tab-stops: list .5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2\"> <DIV align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">utilizar entidades con suficiente significaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para certificar el fallecimiento<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN> <\/DIV> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; COLOR: purple; tab-stops: list .5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2\"> <DIV align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">escribir enfermedades en lugar de signos y s\u00edntomas en los certificados de defunci\u00f3n. El cumplimentar un certificado con signos y s\u00edntomas de enfermedades, \u00fanicamente contribuye al aumento de las causas mal definidas en las estad\u00edsticas.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN> <\/DIV> <LI class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; COLOR: purple; tab-stops: list .5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2\"> <DIV align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\">cumplimentar el m\u00e9dico el Bolet\u00edn Estad\u00edstico de Defunci\u00f3n (BED)<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI><\/OL> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Trebuchet MS'\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P> <P class=MsoBodyText style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" align=justify><SPAN lang=ES style=\"FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: blue;
