Desgraciadamente no ser\u00e1 la primera ni la \u00faltima vez que ocurra este tipo de desfases temporales, por decir algo. Desconozco (aunque barrunto varias) las razones de la ca\u00f3tica burocracia que padece este pa\u00eds que generan que un d\u00eda si y otro tambi\u00e9n lleguen las noticias de vacantes laborales fuera de plazo.<SPAN>&nbsp; <\/SPAN>Se trata de <SPAN style=\"COLOR: rgb(51,102,255)\">15 plazas para especialistas de diferentes disciplinas ambientales, incluida la de un edaf\u00f3logo con conocimiento en ciclos biogeoqu\u00edmicos<\/SPAN>. El CIFU depende de la Fundaci\u00f3n General de Medio Ambiente de Castilla-La Mancha, instituci\u00f3n que, en \u00faltima instancia, depende de la Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha. <a href=\"http:\/\/cifuclm.blogspot.com\/feeds\/posts\/default\">El CIFU<\/a> tiene la vocaci\u00f3n de constituirse en un centro de investigaci\u00f3n de excelencia, referente nacional e internacional en el campo de la investigaci\u00f3n sobre los<b style=\"\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 102, 255);\"> incendios forestales<\/span><\/b>, con un foco particular en el estudio de los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico y global sobre los incendios forestales y ecosistemas. El centro dispondr\u00e1 un edificio propio de unos 3000 m<sup>2<\/sup>, con laboratorios y toda la infraestructura necesaria para llevar a cabo investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y t\u00e9cnica, b\u00e1sica y aplicada, al m\u00e1s alto nivel exigible. Las dependencias estar\u00e1n ubicadas ubicado en Toledo, en el entorno del Campus Tecnol\u00f3gico de la F\u00e1brica de Armas de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. El edificio se espera que est\u00e9 terminado a finales de 2010. Mientras tanto, sus actividades estar\u00e1n residenciadas en la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
