Los investigadores <b style=\"\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 102, 255);\">sugieren que lo mismo podr\u00eda suceder para el caso de los huracanes tropicales<\/span><\/b> que azotan, a finales de verano y oto\u00f1o, <b style=\"\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 102, 255);\">las costas americanas<\/span><\/b>. Una pregunta (posiblemente est\u00fapida, o tal vez no) que se me \u201cescurre\u201d es si cuando tales monzones o huracanes penetran por \u201cextensas zonas agr\u00edcolas irrigadas\u201d, sus consecuencias pueden ser m\u00e1s devastadoras que si lo hacen por \u00e1reas con agricultura de secano, en las que el suelo se encontraba seco (de darse ese caso). The <b style=\"\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 102, 255);\">model&#8217;s prediction was proven<\/span><\/b> when compared to ground conditions for <b style=\"\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 102, 255);\">125 Indian monsoons over 33 years<\/span><\/b>, where storms sustained when the ground was wet at landfall.
