CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM "business mentor madri+d"
The "business mentor madri+d" certification candidate declares, in case of access to the certification process, his/her commitment not to disclose confidential exam materials or take part in fraudulent exam practices. It also declares its commitment not to disclose training materials without the explicit consent of the madri+d Knowledge Foundation.
In case of access to certification, the certified person declares: to comply with the relevant provisions of the certification scheme; issue declarations concerning certification only with respect to the scope of the certification granted; not use the certification in a way that could damage the reputation of the madri+d Knowledge Foundation; not to issue any statement regarding the certification that the Foundation may consider misleading or unauthorized; Failure to make statements regarding certification in the event of suspension of the certification for the duration of the certification; and not use the certificate in a way that can mislead.
To participate in the process, FUNDACION PARA EL CONOCIMIENTO MADRIMASD registered at Maestro Angel Llorca, 6 - 3rd Floor 28003 Madrid, treats your personal data in order to register your application for registration in the call and manage the collection of corresponding fees, favor their participation in training programs and verify compliance with the necessary requirements for issuing the certification. Such treatment is carried out with your consent that facilitates whit the acceptance of these conditions and in compliance with the established contractual relationship.
In the event that you request certification from outside Spain, it is necessary to start the process to provide your data to the entity of your country with which the Foundation has established an agreement to facilitate access to the "Business Mentor madri+d certification" which, if your country of residence is outside the European Economic Area, implies an essential international transfer of data to comply with the relationship initiated when applying for registration, since otherwise it is not possible to develop the certification process. This entity in turn will send the necessary information to the Foundation to coordinate compliance with all the requirements established to obtain certification. Information on the entities with which the Foundation has agreements in each country will be published on the website. In any case, the Foundation will seek the appropriate guarantees required by the regulations for international data transfers.
The obtention of the certification and its validity are published on the Foundation's website for transparency purposes, as well as the image of the certified person and a link to its LinkedIn profile in the case where he/she voluntarily provide them to us.
The Expert Panels and Evaluation and Certification Committees are formed by evaluators with whom the Foundation maintains collaboration agreements and adhere to our Code of Ethics, as well as with the trainers participating in the process.
The certification data are kept as long as it is in force and as long as it can be renewed. The data remains published on the website while the certification is in force.
