Our researchers are concerned about the search for new lines that allow the goal of a more sustainable diet. The results of this research are transferred to society, a direct beneficiary of their work, thanks to Oficina de Transferencia de Resultados de Investigación (OTRI) in Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), which has been supporting and disseminating the work of the UCM research staff for more than twenty years. Through a virtual exhibition hosted on the OTRI website, the patents, utility models, contracts with private companies and public institutions or the dissemination of results in the mass media about food and sustainability managed by the staff of different sections in the office
