A popular science show on climate change, in which theatrical scenes alternate with talks by UC3M researchers on the impact of various scientific projects on the climate and the sustainability of the planet. The theatrical proposal is elaborated with young people from Leganés and university students for the European Researchers' Night 2021 with funding and support from the Youth Center of the Leganés City Council. Synopsis of the play: The planet Zenit is in danger. This is a world that has been playing for eons. Around Zenith there is an immense force field, which maintains balance on its surface. But if that balance is broken, life as we know it will no longer be possible. Once again, the game begins. Do you dare to save this planet? Several researchers from the UC3M Strategic Climate Initiative will provide some clues on various scientific projects related to the topic: -Climatically optimal aircraft trajectories. Manuel Soler Arnedo. Dpto. of Bioing. and Aerospace Engineering at UC3M. -Social norms and climate change. Angel Sanchez. Dpto. of Mathematics at UC3M. -What will the weather be like in the next 10, 25, 50, 100 years if everything remains the same. Jesus Gonzalo. Dpto. of Economics at UC3M. -Risk, uncertainty and climate emergency. Antonio Cabrales. Dpto. of Economics at UC3M.
