About me

Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Researcher at Universidad CEU San Pablo, Monteprincipe, Madrid.
The researcher, Chandrasekar Mayandi Subramaniyam have been awarded PhD for dissertation titled ¨Development of Advanced Electrodes and Electrolyte for Lithium Battery¨ from University of Wollongong, Australia in December 2017. During this term, the researcher worked as PhD intern under the guidance of Dr. John B Goodenough, the 2019 Chemistry Nobel Laureate for 1 year.
Currently, doing as Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Researcher at Universidad CEU San Pablo, Monteprincipe, Madrid since May 2021. Prior to joining current position, the researcher worked as Research Associate at Indian Institute of Technology and as postdoctoral researcher at KTH Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm, Sweden (May 2019- May 2021).
The researcher primary works on developing nanostructured anode and high voltage cathode to build high energy density alkali-metal-ion batteries. Currently, working towards developing vanadium based high voltage cathode materials for sodium battery application.
Besides, the researcher enjoy cooking (Indian cuisines, Italian pasta, pizza). Play badminton and love travelling to explore new places.
