A participatory workshop that reviews vital issues, from knowing what we eat, how it is produced and what its impacts are, to how we can act outside and inside the house, and why it is important to acquire food habits that are appropriate to our life, from 4 points of view: “The biodiversity in your plate”, “Food cycle”, “Conservation of food” and “We are not what we eat”.
