About me

PhD in Ancient History by the UCM and a degree on the same subject in this university and works as adjunct professor of Ancient History in the Humanities and Communication Sciences of the CEU-San Pablo University in Madrid, where he teaches Prehistory, Middle East Ancient History and Ancient Art History in the History, Art History and Humanities degrees and Cultural Anthropology in the Genetics degree of the Medicine Faculty.
Mis main line of research rest upon Ancient Middle East, especially Mesopotamia, with a interdisciplinary approach from the History, Linguistics thanks to his knowledge of Akkadian, Sumerian and Egyptian hieroglyphics and Archaeology. In this field he has participated in several archaeological excavations and two in Israel. Also, he has taken part with the CEU-San Pablo University and UTPL (Loja, Ecuador) in the application of new technologies in Prehistory Project in the archaeological site of Quillusara (Ecuador). Is member of the editorial board of the scientific magazine Cuadernos de Investigación Histórica and secretary of the Revista de las Órdenes Militares scientific journal
