Postdoctoral researcher in the Polymer Biotechnology group. I did my PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biomedicine at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid (UCM). I am currently working on the production of bioplastics from complex waste using bacteria. Outside the lab, I love sports, traveling, and trying recipes from every place in the world.
