I am Associate Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the San Pablo CEU University. My research group has been focused for more than 20 years on evaluating the role of high-fat diets on metabolic and functional alterations involved in the control of intake and obesity, both centrally and peripherally. Hobbies: I love running, although in recent years I have become fond of yoga. I also enjoy a good afternoon snack and movie with my children or baking cakes.
