Research assistants at the Novalindus Platform of the CIAL with a PTA contract. Focused on ‘green’ extraction processes at pilot scale, highlighting extraction with supercritical fluids and pressurised fluids. In terms of education, I studied a degree in Food Science and a Master in Novel Foods, both at the UAM.
I love sport, especially football, although I don't play it much at the moment. I also love visiting my village in the Sierra de Gredos, where I can enjoy everything from good walks in the mountains to night parties.
