Research Scientist at the CSIC, I have been working at the Margarita Salas Biological Research Centre (CIB) on rare and hereditary vascular diseases for more than 20 years. The laboratory also belongs to CIBERER, the rare diseases network of the Carlos III Health Institute. We do research in close contact with patient associations and with doctors in the reference hospitals for these diseases. I represent Spanish patients in the European vascular network for rare diseases.
