Final-year student of the Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). Holds a University Expert Course in Sports Nutrition. Currently completing her internship at the Institute of Food Science and Technology and Nutrition (ICTAN-CSIC), under the supervision of Beatriz Sarriá Ruiz and Álvaro Fernández Cardero, with whom she is also developing her Bachelor's Thesis, focused on food waste among adolescents in the Community of Madrid.
