Inés García Álvarez is a predoctoral researcher at the Institute of Food Science and Technology and Nutrition (ICTAN-CSIC). She has a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) (2019–2023) and completed a Master's degree in Applied Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the same institution (2023–2024). She has been the author or co-author of 7 presentations at national and international conferences (including 2 posters and 5 oral communications) and is co-author of a published technical report. Additionally, she has participated in 4 Service-Learning projects at UCM, one teaching innovation project, and 2 research projects. She also has experience in science communication, having taken part in the UCM Science Week (2023), the "Madrid es Ciencia" Fair (2024), and the ICTAN-CSIC Science Week (2025).
