Lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Sports at Universidad Europea de Madrid. PhD from the University of Castilla-La Mancha in the Doctoral Program in Socio-Health and Physical Activity Research.

Her doctoral supervision focuses on the analysis of physical demands in professional female football and futsal players. She has published with both research groups she has worked with: the DATAFOOT Research Group (UEM) and previously, the Research Group on Management in Sports Organizations and Facilities (IGOID; UCLM). She has contributed to over 10 international conferences, participated in 10 R&D&I projects, and reviewed articles for peer-reviewed journals.

Additionally, she has served as Principal Investigator in 3 Teaching Innovation Projects at UEM and has been a faculty member in 7 more. She is currently an active researcher in 2 internal UEM projects focused on performance analysis in football and Big Data, as well as the evaluation of genetic impact on athlete injuries.

Her professional path is closely linked to sports, having been a professional football player with Fundación Albacete and futsal player with Rayo Majadahonda in Spain’s First Division. Currently, she continues to play professional futsal, enjoying the opportunity to travel for competitions and to watch and analyze all kinds of sports.
