Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Valladolid and current PhD student at the Institute of Solar Energy of the Technical University of Madrid (IES-UPM).
Most of my research focuses on the study and development of thermophotovoltaic converters (mainly germanium-based), with particular emphasis on their simulation, fabrication, and characterization.

As a member of the III–V Semiconductors Group at IES-UPM, I am also experienced in the characterization and development of various types of multi-junction solar cells for space applications, as well as other kinds of optoelectronic converters.
