#11F: RJB-CSIC-Gymkhana for the International Day of Women and Girls in Science

The Royal Botanical Garden of the Spanish National Research Council (RJB-CSIC) celebrates this day to highlight the work of women who have dedicated themselves in the past and present to STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). It also aims to create female role models for children and teenagers who may choose these fields as career paths. A scavenger hunt will take place in different areas of the Botanical Garden, where researchers and technicians will share their experiences and highlight the work of other female naturalists and botanists of the past, whose plants are represented in the Garden.
