About me

Ana Rojo Agustí, B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at UPV, Valencia and M.Sc. in Computer Graphics, Simulation and Virtual Reality at U-Tad, Madrid. Currently, I am assistant professor in the area of Videogames and Virtual Reality programming at EPS CEU San Pablo while I am doing my Ph.D. work at NeuralRehabilitation group of Cajal Institute- Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), Werium Assistive Solutions, and CEU San Pablo University. My field of research focuses on the application of immersive technologies to lower limb functional and neuro-motor rehabilitation. Therefore, my recent works consisted in the development of VR-MR interfaces for locomotion and cycling activities combined with robotic or articulated systems such as lower limb exoskeletons, robotic walkers and leg-ergometers for neurological patients and elderly people. Although my day-to-day work in VR is very stimulating, in my free time I look for quieter activities such as walks in the countryside, taking care of my plants, practising yoga and airfit.
