I am an associate lecturer in the Engineering Division of the Institute of Technology at the San Pablo-CEU University. There, I combine teaching in communications and electronics with internal and external research projects.
My main field of study is hardware development for imaging and healthcare applications. For instance, I have researched the acceleration of algorithms for processing medical signals and video using reconfigurable hardware as well as the acquisition of medical images using off-the-shelf electronic components.
I also consider myself a fan of science-fiction, and old computers and video games
