About me

With a degree in Biology from the University of Murcia and a PhD from the University of Navarra, my passion for food science and nutrition led me to study the relationship between microbiota and obesity. I am currently part of IMDEA Alimentación and I work on the search for intestinal bacteria that help weight loss and fight obesity. In my free time I like to enjoy the company of my family and friends and travel to discover the gastronomy of other countries.
