I am Adrián Martín, a postdoctoral researcher at IMDEA Food Institute with a Marie Curie fellowship. My scientific interests focus on the study of ageing mechanisms, how they can lead to pathology and their relationship with nutrition. I try to apply bioinformatics and artificial intelligence to molecular studies to better understand these processes and develop nutritional interventions to promote healthy ageing.
