I am Alejandra Martorell Múgica, predoctoral researcher in the biotechnological processes unit of IMDEA Energy. I studied Environmental Sciences degree in the Alcalá University, and then Industrial and Environmental Biotechnology Master in the Complutense University of Madrid. Currently, I am doing my phD research in the field of anaerobic digestion to produce short chain fatty acids and other metabolites as ethanol or lactic acid.
