About me

I was born on May 21, 1997 in Uviéu (Asturies) where I graduated in Physics in 2019. The following year I moved to Madrid, where I obtained a Master's in Theoretical Physics, specializing in Elementary Particles and Cosmology, and a Master's in Physics of Condensed Matter and Biological Systems, specialization in Nanophysics, both from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Since September 2021 I am a predoctoral researcher at the Institute of Theoretical Physics in the Particles, Astroparticles and Dark Matter group. My research focuses on the study of phenomenology and the search for dark matter and new neutrino physics through direct detection methods. As part of this project, I am part of the SuperCDMS scientific collaboration, the main experiment of which will soon be running in Canada. Outside of IFT you can find me watching the latest series that has come out, reading outdoors or hanging out with my friends.
