I am a Veterinarian with a PhD in Food Science from the University of Extremadura. Currently, I work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science at the Complutense University of Madrid. My research focuses on developing biocontrol strategies for mycotoxin-producing molds in all types of food. In my free time, I love to paint, discover new places, and enjoy good food with family and friends.
